A fresh week. A fresh start.
Current Monday–Sunday week.Daily training trends
Your longer-term riding trend. It builds gradually with consistent riding and eases down during breaks. RideVector estimates it from a 42-day response to your recorded ride minutes.
Your recent riding workload. It responds faster to busy riding days and falls faster during rest. RideVector estimates it from a 7-day response to your recorded ride minutes.
When Fatigue is above Fitness, your recent riding load is higher than your longer-term trend. These duration-based estimates do not measure how tired you feel, your power, or your race readiness.
Recorded ride minutes feed two daily exponential averages: a 42-day Fitness response and a 7-day Fatigue response. Both use the same min/day scale and include rest days. Every range uses all earlier recorded rides, so changing the range does not reset the calculation. These are training-volume estimates, not intensity-based TSS or Strava Fitness scores. Ride duration uses the time available from each import source; Strava uses moving time. History before your first recorded ride is assumed zero, and today's value includes only rides already recorded.
